  right now i'm having reservations about good shepard my dog passed away a week ago and still havent heard anything. but they were prompt on picking him up on Monday. so i'm surprised it has taken this long we have used them before it was always a matter of a couple days. i guess i'll have to be the one to call them. and i dont understand why i can't go to there facilty for pick up rathaer than all the way back to huntersville. there like 6 miles from my res. i went and picked up Kodybear today and they where very nice and had kody waiting. they had missed calling me last week to update on status but no harm no fould all is good and straightened out thank good shepard for quick response
