  Gerald O Dry did our taxes for 2015. We would not recommend using this accounting firm. They took a deduction on our state taxes which we were not entitled to, and did not take federal deductions related to our home purchase that we were entitled to. 3 years later, the state is coming after us for $3000 in back taxes, and we've had to pay another firm $700 to file amended federal returns to get back the $1800 in deductions that O Dry erroneously said we couldn't claim. We have asked for our $250 tax preparation fee to be refunded, since we did not receive anything resembling professional service, and they have refused. Beware, this is NOT a professional accounting firm.

  My husband has been in the racing industry for 20 years. Mr. Dry's office came recommended. Let me tell you we do NOT recommend this office. Our experience this last two years has been the most awful experience I could imagine. Mr. Dry's office filed our 2015 taxes in October of 2016. Here is is almost a year later and we still don't have our refund of almost $7k and Mr. Dry's office has been terrible to work with in trying to get through this with the IRS. I would've been better off dealing with it on my own. We have tried to talk with Mr. Dry unsuccessfully for 3 weeks. We have even tried to make an appointment but we can't get in to see him. We were told he's taking lots of vacations! This office has been my husbands accountant for 17 years. This is ridiculous. I have now upon asking around heard that audits are common with their customers. I do not recommend this office at all. They are highly unprofessional and had they answered my questions and helped us back in April we surely would have our refund by now but they pushed us off kept making excuses and didn't contact the IRS. Then a month ago were supposed to send file to the Tax Advocacy group and we got a letter saying they hadn't received what they needed. So more delays! We are frustrated and it looks like this office would understand that. But they could care less!!!
