  Extremely rude employees. Ask you to the window and leave you standing there until they have a precious moment to stop what they are doing to acknowledge your presence. Then have the nerve to blatantly lie to your face to cover their own complete, and sad mistakes! We have banked there since the building was built and everyone we know has complained about the lack of service and the attitude. This includes their largest client, the Walmart store across the street. Really sad! If not for their customers they would not exist! Follow the advice of many and DO NOT waste your precious time there! Bank of America could drive them into the ground and hopefully they will! Not to leave any other banks out, just the only other I have experienced because my father took his $47,000 business per month to Bank of Anerica! Shame on you SunTrust!!!! All but one family member and friend has left accept my disabled mother. Trust me! She is working on it!!!! Sorry establishment! NO respect for their customers that pay their salaries! I won't name names, but more than one individual had named names to me!!!! I wouldn't give one star if I didn't feel I had to in order to post this! Since my father's passing recently I have so considered reaching out to the Atlanta office to Mr. William Henry Rogers to let him know how my normally quiet father was so offended and spoke of how the days have changed since you were greated by name when you entered and he felt forced to go elsewhere after 31 YEARS!! Hope the branch closes soon! Be more than happy to travel miles! In fact my bank in USAA in Texas! Left SunTrust about 10 years ago! And if I need to add, I specifically asked my father about the lie to my face loud enough to cover someone's butt within hearing distance of her boss..... I asked my father if she was telling the truth which I already knew was impossible. I knew he was out of the country the day she was referring to because I walked him to the ticket counter at the airport and picked him up upon his return. He confirmed she NEVER spoke with him and couldn't have anyway because she had no number to reach him out of the country!!!! He simply said, " No! That was a lie! There was no possibility! " I think it's time corporate knows just what is happening at that poor, poor excuse of a "financial institution"!
